Madera to Manage New Hotel

Stylish, all-suite hotel offers space for travelers to spread out and recharge

The 121-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Jackson, Wyoming is scheduled to open this December. The SpringHill Suites Jackson will operate as a Marriott franchise. Owned and franchised by Jackson Hole Investors LLC, developed by PEG Development of Provo, Utah and managed by In-Group Hospitality of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Leading the Jackson team will be General Manager Joe Madera, a Florida International University Alumnus with a degree in Hospitality Management. Mr. Madera has had a very successful 20-year career with Hilton Worldwide and recently served as the General Manager of the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Jackson for the past nine years.  He has served as the President of the Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, Mr. Madera is a member of the Jackson Hole Rotary Club and has been an adjunct instructor in Hospitality Management for Central Wyoming College.  He is committed to serving the community and visitors, alike.
