START Announces Fall Schedule and Ridership Records

Jackson, Wyo. September 20, 2017 – After a record-breaking summer, START has announced that on

Monday, September 25 the fall bus schedule will begin. The fall schedule will remain in effect until

Friday, November 24, 2017.

START ridership is on track to transport more passengers than in any other summer season in history with

over 285,700 riders so far this summer season. Not only is START is experiencing a record-breaking

summer, they are also on track to break 1 million annual passengers for the first time in START history.

“It’s encouraging to see continued momentum surrounding public transportation in this valley,” said

Darren Brugmann, START Bus Director. “From commuter routes to town shuttles and Village services

to the bike share program, locals and visitors alike are actively seeking alternative modes of
