DEQ Releases Revised Version of Wyoming’s Methods for Determining Surface Water Quality Condition

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality/Water Quality Division (WDEQ/WQD) has finalized revisions to a guidance document titled Wyoming’s Methods for Determining Surface Water Quality Condition. The document describes requirements for: sampling and analysis plans, data sufficiency, and quality assurance and quality control for evaluating Wyoming’s surface water quality standards to determine designated use support. WDEQ/WQD released a draft of the document in March 2017 and accepted comments until May 5, 2017. WDEQ/WQD has reviewed the comments and provided written responses to those comments.
