The ENDOW Executive Council submitted its first report to Governor Mead and the Wyoming Legislature on Aug. 30, 2017. The Wyoming socioeconomic assessment established a baseline for the preliminary findings and recommendations due by Dec. 31, which sets the stage for the advancement of a 20-year economic diversification strategy for the state. During the meeting in Laramie, the Executive Council will review their preliminary recommendations with the intention of submitting to the Governor and Legislature by December 22, 2017. Recommendation topics will include Ready Workforce, Investment in Innovation, Investment in Entrepreneurship, Investment in Infrastructure, Investment Business Development and Maintenance Action.

The public is encouraged to attend the Laramie meeting and provide feedback on the preliminary findings and recommendations. Engagement with private and public-sector stakeholders to solicit input on the recommendations will take place in January.
